a French company developing sports information services on mobile,
and Symah Vision, a Lagardère subsidiary providing image
processing solutions for television and new media, announced that
LIVEFOOT will soon be available for the Microsoft Windows Powered

the opposition filed by Symah Vision, the Board of Appeal of the
European Patent Office revoked the main patent of PVI ("Seminal"
patent) on October 9th, 2002.
Symah Vision’s main European patent (N° 91 908 586), being
granted before PVI’s Seminal patent, remains in force.
