Following the opposition filed by Symah Vision, the Board of Appeal of the European Patent Office revoked the main patent of PVI ("Seminal" patent) on October 9th, 2002.
Symah Vision’s main European patent (N° 91 908 586), being granted before PVI’s Seminal patent, remains in force.
